Ashley is due in less than a month and guys, she looks amazing!! I’ve known Ashley since college and I was so excited to be able to take her maternity photos! It’s such a special time to remember before the 2 of you become 3. It’s the moment right before your world completely changes as you know it. In a good way!

I love capturing maternity sessions! There’s a glow about the soon to be mama and dad is excited, not exactly for the session but for fatherhood ;). Even on such a busy day down by Worth Ave we found some beautiful spots that weren’t crawling with people. Season in South Florida is a thing my friends! We get all the snowbirds and with Wellington nearby we get the equestrians in town for WEF. It definitely doubles our population for a little bit and we have to get creative for the locations we normally use throughout the year!

We found a cute spot just one street over from Worth Ave and it was perfect! A cute white house framed with flowers and surrounded by palm trees. It was the perfect little spot away from the crowds of Worth Ave. We then picked a few spots as we worked our way towards the beach! The beach was absolutely beautiful! Normally it’s super windy by the water during the winter season but it was perfect this particular Saturday! Calm and and a little chilly so there weren’t very many people there! We even got a little golden glow peaking around the buildings and the clock tower. It was a perfect place to end the session.

Ashely was born to be a mom! Even in college she was the one always looking out for everyone! Making sure we all had rides home, making sure when one of us was sick that we had everything we needed! The maternal gene is strong in Ashley! I know she is so ready for motherhood and I am so excited for her journey! Can’t forget our hubbys too! Kevin is clearly so excited to be a dad!

Ashley and Kevin were amazing at their session and they were down for anything! I had so much fun on this session with them, it’s so nice to be able to photograph an old friend! I wish them all the happiness and luck on their journey into parenthood!
